staff was welcoming and pleasant despite our late arrival. it was located in a really quiet area next to seafront restaurants bars and beach, the beach or the large shopping centres/entertainment and local shops,.

My apartment was nice and clean near to tavernas. The rooms were impeccably clean, guests are allowed to use a kettle and a toaster.

It was marvellous and fab v close to the supermarket. Hosts were great and kind, even gave us room with lovely balconies.

Ideally located, clean apartments. Staff was friendly and kept the place very clean. Spacious apartments with lovely balconies. Close to the beach and main strip. Pleasant surprises like fresh bread and sparkling wine. Quiet area, great view of the dunes/sea.

If you're looking for a fantastic dinner, I highly recommend trying out Bar Liliput, which is conveniently located near this place. It's so convenient to have playa del ingles just a short distance away!

I had very very good stay on vacation!

I greatly enjoyed the place, it was lovely and fairly clean and had stunning and fantastic location close enough to the bars and clubs and Las Dunas for the people who want to avoid the obligatory tourist activities. There was bidet in the private bathroom.

Hotel very close to the sea and not noisy.

Perfect location, friendly very helpful staff, clean and tidy room ............everything worked exactly as it should have. Lots of hot water, unlike other far dearer hotels. Kitchen very well equiped, even down to tin opener and scourer............free washing up liquid in our room. Beds very comfortable.............excellent all round, we will always check this accomodation first for a room from now on when we visit Playa. Couldnt believe the room rate when we checked although we did leave the booking right up to 2 days before we travelled so got a superb deal. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room and the view over the beach and dunes is so nice, and the warm wind wafts into your balcony from the sea.............Missing sitting on our balcony at 3 am after a great night out already.....we will be back.

If we were to really be picky the hotel is at top of a quite steep hill and has steps coming back from beach, didnt worry us at all but could be a problem for people with walking difficulties. counted 70 or so but you could walk round these and take a slightly easier route.

Couldn't stay longer

The hotel room was very good. We got the room we asked for, higher up in the building. The wi-fi connection was important to us and that was working at all time, we could even connect from our room although there was only guarantee to connect in common areas. The room was spacious and clean with a big balcony with a wonderful ocean view.

The matrasses were a bit noisy. On Saturdays night you can hear loud music from the neighbouring disco club located in the Commercial center Metro, preventing us from sleeping. Take your hear plugs with you!

It's location is very good, near to beach and near to plaza center which has many clubs. The staff was very good, the pool was good and there are many supermarket around the hotel.

However, it is an apartment, not a hotel. there is no shampoo in the bath, and it is just an apartment. the reception is not 24 hours.

During our stay at a hotel in Playa del Ingles, my sister and I were thrilled to be assigned rooms next to each other, allowing us to spend quality time with our partners. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, even arranging for a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the complimentary fresh breadrolls each morning. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions like the Yumbo centrum. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of a bar or café by the pool and difficulty turning on the TV, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel. it was a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
